This American Range 48 Inch Natural Gas Range With 6 Burners and Griddle in Stainless Steel is made with a heavy gauge welded frame construction that combines a sleek look with the long lasting stability. The Standard features include an Innovection Convection System that utilizes dual convection motors which provide superior baking performance. Range Top includes: (3) 17,000 BTU, (2) 13,000 BTU, (1) 9,000 BTU sealed burners, and (1) 12 Inch 20,000 BTU Griddle. Sealed burners simmer at 140 F, all with infinite setting controls. Oven functions include: Convection Bake, Dehydrate, Defrost, Standard Bake and Broil, the largest oven cavity of the industry, at (1) 4. 8 cu. Ft. And (1) 2. 5 cu. Ft. 30,000 BTU hidden bake oven burner, 15,500 BTU Inconel banquet broiler burner produces 1500 F broiling temperatures. Commercial grade high temperature porcelain oven interior. Patented Innovection™ Convection Oven Technology

Combines draft dependent cooking (standard oven) and turbulent air flow convection cooking. The Innovection™ technology utilizes dual convection motors to draw hot air from the oven burner, through our patented baffling system. Once the hot air reaches the oven cavity, the convection motor circulates the turbulent hot air, generating even heat throughout the oven cavity.

Valve Cover

All top burners have flame sensing reignition in the event the flame goes out. The panel Blue LED indicator lights that easily inform you which item is powered and comes with a child safety push and turn for top burner controls.


The burners range in BTU from 9,000 BTUs to 17,000 BTUs depending on the configuration. All burners Simmer at 140°F with the ultra low simmer feature. The one-piece stainless steel burner top is made with flush and continuous commercial grade cast iron grates which enhance the transferring of pot or pans across the entire cooking surface.


Griddle - Features a 20,000 BTU Stainless Steel tubular burner with ˝” thick griddle plate. Increased cooking surface due to gas/heat residue exhaust through oven riser and made easy to clean with a removable grease tray.
Grill - Features a 15,000 BTU Infrared burner with porcelain heat deflectors and flush iron grates.
